The key objective of the intervention is to ensure that the participants acquire a deeper understanding of themselves, their organizations and the business environment that comprises local as well as global dimensions. The interventions are customized to the need of the participants and the organization through an in-depth diagnostics, followed by module preparation and delivery. Each module is built over the other to attain the overarching objective of the entire intervention.
