School Interventions
All our trainings and counseling are custom-made after speaking to the school
authorities and teachers. Before starting any training we do a diagnostics with the
children as to map their expectations as well. Activity based and innovative
learning components to building skills and attitude. A non-academic intervention
in the curriculum: Complements the existing curriculum.
Few Interventions:
- Knowing Yourself- Understanding the Strengths & Areas of improvement.Tapping the strength yielding in higher results while improving on the other weaker areas.
- Life Direction- A self-development program focused on study-stream selection based on the students, preferences tied up with interpretation and coaching of students, also involving Parents in later sessions
- Career Guidance through appropriate course selection which is future
focused
- SEAD- An Excellence and Development Program focusing on building the
core capabilities of the students to help them successfully drive results and demonstrate assertive presence
- Improving Wellbeing- Students’ well-being and their success in and outside school depend on their ability to use their competences for democratic culture. Since well-being has many facets, improving students’ well-being in schools requires a whole-school approach, involving both teachers and parents.
